今日は病院へ行ってきます♬
いつもお昼くらいまで寝ている私。
午前中の外出は眠いですが、
頑張って行ってこようと思います！
病院終了～！！
休憩しつつおなかを満たしつつ
勉強したいのでドトールへ来ています☺☺
ドトールでフード類を注文するときは
いつもクロックムッシュだったのですが、
最近は便秘ちゃんを治すために
お野菜をしっかり食べるように意識。
今日は、「ミラノサンドB」という
半熟卵、アボカド、サーモン、野菜
がたっぷり入ったものを初購入です♡
これがすっごく美味しい！
食べ応えもばっちり♬
はらぺこでドトールに行ったときは
ぜひ食べてみてくださいね☺☺
最近、なかなか夜眠れなくて…泣。
朝方にやっと眠りにつくという感じで、
疲れていても眠れなかったりして、、
今日の通院で、主治医の先生に相談して
アドバイスをいただいてきました。
睡眠薬を使うのも手ですが、まずは先生の
意見をもとに改善できるように頑張ります！
みなさんは、眠れるように
工夫していることとかありますか？？
なにかあればアドバイスください～。
どうかtowaに救いの手をっ…！
さてっ、おなかも満たされたので勉強。
今日は、相方もいるので一緒に勉強です！
先週は体調を崩してしまうことが多く、
なかなか勉強が捗りませんでした、、
少し眠気はありますが、
良い席も取れたし集中できそう…！
最近、”アヴェ・クラシック”というアプリで
タイマーを使いながら勉強しています。
タイマーで時間管理をしたり
勉強時間を記録したりする機能がある
勉強アプリはたくさん知っているのですが、
このアプリの良いところは
なんといってもイケメンが出てくるところ♡
クラシック音楽も聴けちゃうところ！
イケメンと共に頑張ります。笑♡
私はいつも、わからない言葉は電子辞書で
調べながら勉強しているのですが、
電子辞書に漢検の練習問題ができる
機能があることを思い出して…。
彼と試しにやってみたところ、
ハマってしまいずっとやっていました。笑
勉強しているというよりかはクイズをして
遊んでいるような感覚なので楽しい☺☺
Twitterのお友達で、同じように漢検や
その他の勉強をしている人、
気になっている人がちらほらいて、
私は仲間ができたような気がして嬉しいです☺
まずは自分の身体に優しく。
そして、やる気があるときはその気持ちに
素直になってできる限り頑張りましょう。
少し買いものをしてお家に帰ってきました。

今日買ってきたものは韓国祭りだっ！
大好きなブルダックに、
1㎏のもりもりキムチに、
チーズトッポギのお菓子に、
お料理にも使えそうな海苔に、
たくさん買ってきちゃいました～♡
ブルダック以外は初購入。
美味しければリピ決定です！
病院に行く日ってなんだか嫌な気分ですが、
大好きな韓国グルメを買うのは病院の日だけ、
と決めてからは、少しだけ気分が
ラクになりました☺
さてっ、今日はなんだか疲れてしまったので
夜ごはんを食べて休もうと思います。
