早いもので10月になりましたね、、
今日は、欲しいものがあるので外出を。
そちらにはスタバがあるので、
今日はスタバで作業をしていこうと思います！
適応障害なのになぜこんなに動けるのかと
思うかもしれませんが、
もともと何かをしていないと落ち着かない
性格なので、ブログを書いたりする時間は
私にとって精神安定剤にもなっています☺
いつも読んでくださっている方もたくさん
いらっしゃってすごく嬉しい…泣。
本当にありがとうございます☺☺
そういえば、先日ニュースアプリで
恋愛失敗談の記事を見ていたとき、
今思えばヤバかったな～と思う、自分の
珍行動をたくさん思い出したんですよね笑。
自分の悪いところを箇条書きして渡す
私は、適応障害になる前から自分に自信が
なくて、自分の悪いところばかりが
目についてしまって…。
好きな人に告白されたときに、
付き合った後に幻滅されるのが怖くて
自分が思う自分の悪いところを
たくさん書いて、メールで送りました笑。
私の性格や見た目など、ありとあらゆる
良いとはいえないポイントを全部！！！
今思えば、好きな人に対して
何てことをしているんだろう、と笑。
ほんとにやばい。笑
でも、私の悪いところを悪いと思わず、
全部ひっくるめて好きだと言ってくれた彼は
本当に心が広くて優しいな、と思います…。
とんだ珍行動をしてしまいましたが、事前に
醜態を晒しておいたおかげで、そのあとの
お付き合いはとても居心地が良かったです☺
免許証を提示させる
とにかく人間不信の私。
数年前、とある人に年齢詐称されたことを
きっかけに、名前すらも信じられなくなって
免許証を見せてもらったことがあります笑。
好きな人に対して身分証明書の提示を
求めるってどうなんでしょう笑。
同じ人ではないですが、
名刺を見せてもらったこともあります、、
疑いの気持ちを持たずに関わりあうことが
できてよかったですが、相手の方には
少し申し訳なかったです。泣
年齢詐称、身分証明書の話は、
機会があればまた後日しようかな笑。
夜中に泣き出す
これはいまだにやってしまう…。
不安や悩みに包まれた夜はとても辛くて、
夜遅くに泣いてしまうんです、、
前は1人だったので誰にも迷惑は
かけていなかったのですが、
今は彼と一緒に寝ているので、私が泣いて
いると彼が一緒に起きていてくれて…。
毎日ではないのですが、
1ヶ月に1～2回ほど、ありえないくらい
気持ちが落ちるときがあるんです。
本当に困ったなぁ…。
こんな感じで、
いろんな珍行動をとってきました笑。
まだまだたくさんあるのですが、
全部挙げていたらキリがない…笑。
さてっ、買いものをして帰ります！
シャンプーを新しくしてみました☺
私は頭皮湿疹ができやすいので、頭皮に優しい
ミノンというシャンプーを使っていたのですが
前に好きだったJelaimeを
久しぶりに買ってみました☺
リニューアルされていて、私の大好きな香り♪
癒される～♡
早く使いたかったので、今日はごはんの前に
お風呂に入っちゃいました☺
さっぱりしたところで、サクッと夜ごはんを
作って彼を待とうと思います。
今日は大好きなハンバーグがメイン。
お肉は元気が出るなぁ♪
もう夜だけど。笑
満腹になったので、今日もゲームをして
寝ようと思います☺☺
